Syllabus:

Students will carry out a research project or internship in the food and nutritional sciences with supervision by a specialist in the area. Students will be required to determine the research problem and determine the hypothesis and experimental design to answer the research question. The students will then undertake the research, collect data, analyse the findings and present the results in both written and oral forms. Students will meet with their supervisors regularly throughout the course of the research project or internship.
