Syllabus:

The Faculty of Sciences mentoring program runs throughout the first four weeks of semester 1 (with optional extended mentoring continuing for the remainder of the semester) and is designed to support students’ social and administrative transition into University life. Students are matched with a group of other commencing students in the same degree, who are then matched with a pair of experienced student Peer Mentors. Peer Mentors schedule weekly sessions with their group of mentees, provide essential information and assist student mentees to form relationships with one another and feel comfortable in their new degree journey.
