Syllabus: |
An introduction to the concepts and principles which underpin environmental law from the international to the local level. The course will address: principles of international environmental law; Constitutional responsibilities and roles relating to the environment; environmental planning through environmental impact assessment and land-use law; environmental protection and pollution law; water resources law; and the protection of biological diversity. |
