This course covers an introduction to International Law and comparison of different legal systems; State responsibility, including protection of the environment; International dispute resolution; The Multinational Enterprise, their structures and home State regulation, including regulation of anti-competitive conduct and sharp business practices such as bribery; Intellectual Property including trade marks, invention patents, product designs, copyright and confidential information/trade secrets. Other topics covered are Foreign Investment, International Trade in Goods, Contracts for International Sales of Goods, Transportation of Goods, Financing and Taxation. |
