Syllabus:

Adelaide Law Reform A and B explores the field of law at a sophisticated level through critical analysis of existing law and policy. These subjects require students to review, analyse and synthesise the scholarly research of experienced scholars in the field of law. This subject requires students to exercise critical thinking and judgment in their analysis of existing legal policy and develop new understanding of research pathways through the review of legal scholarship. Students demonstrate these skills through the drafting of proposed legal reform, advising and editing researchers on their scholarly writing and reporting.
