What factors create a potential entrepreneurial opportunity? How do you assess the potential benefits and risks that underlie an opportunity? You will learn to identify changes in the external environment and to recognise trends/patterns that provide insights into correcting direction and continually improving a growing venture, or an established company. In developing a detailed feasibility plan you gain new perspectives in evaluating and enriching an innovative idea.
