The course explores the management of project risk and quality in the construction sector. It further develops the key concepts and specialised techniques necessary to understand and practise these core project management competencies that were introduce in CONMGNT 1006. Students will learn how to identify, analyse and plan for project risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies as well as quality management plans. |
