Students will then investigate, analyse and synthesise complex information on a large range of theoretical and practical aspects of minimally invasive surgery including operating theatre design-endosuite standards, the anatomy of a trouble shooting for a laparoscopic tower, laparoscopes, visualisation systems and recording devices, electrosurgery, energy devices, harmonics, ligasure and thunderbeat, plasma medicine, tissue approaximation, suture technique and staple technology.
